A sad 1980's plaster-clad house is transformed into a contemporary family home. Clean lines and simple forms, expansive glazing to capture light and sea views, and crisp, modern interior design combine to provide the ultimate 'at-home' experience. (ADNZ Regional Design Award winner).

A new 'spec' home in the Millwater development north of Auckland. The brief was "definitely not brick & tile, better than the other offerings and no more expensive". The simple, cost-effective structure that works with the land allowed the budget to stretch to some architectural flourishes.
